Just before sunrise from the summit of Cadillac Mountain overlooking Bar Harbor, Frenchman Bay and Schoodic Peninsula this past June. A freshening wind cleared out a heavy fog that had hung over Bar Harbor and was rolling across the water toward land in the east. About a couple hundred people had driven up to take in the sunrise.
I took only one lens with me to use on the D850. An oldie but goodie Nikkor 28-70 f2.8 D AF-S and stitiched the pano from 5 frames.

Nice composition. Consider a graduated filter for the foreground and Shadow adjustment to reveal hidden detail.

Beautiful. Makes me think I should have taken the time to learn that stitching technique.

Excellent Pano. Great colors in your sunrise image.

It's never too late. Photoshop's "Photo Merge" function in the "File" sub-menu "Automate". Not a 100%, but it is getting better all the time.

In Lightroom, you can simply highlight the images you want to merge from the grid or strip and right click to bring up a menu that includes “photo merge”. Make sure you make any lens compensation adjustments to the images before you merge, as this can not be done after.
