Question: Has anyone had experience using the Techart TZE-01 adapter with Sony e-mount lenses on the Nikon Z6 or Z Camera

I'm not a professional. I recently upgraded my Nikon D750 and purchased the Nikon Z6 with the 24-70mm lens and the FTZ adapter. I still have several Nikon, Sigma, and Tamron full autofocus lenses I use on my D610 Nikon, and I can use them with the FTZ adapter on the Z6. However, mounting the Nikon AF-S 28-300mm G lens with the FTZ on the Z6 is pretty unwieldly, and heavy. Further, I'm not totally happy with the skimpy selection or the cost of the new Nikon Z lens coming out. I do see several Sony e-mount lenses that I would like to try, and I am considering purchasing the (full autofocus) Techart TZE-01 (for about $225) to mount these lenses to my Z6. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this.
Thanks.

I doubt that they will focus well. If I want to use Sony E Mount lens I buy the Sony E mount body. They are less expensive than the Nikon counterpart and possibly better.

Any thought about having gone with the Sony mirrorless instead?

Well, yes, I did consider the Sony A7r series, but it seems they are coming out with a new version about every 3 to 6 months. I'm wondering if they are still trying to get it right; kind of like the auto industry.
Actually, I have a few Nikon lenses that I can use with the Z6.
I'm thinking I might need to chunk the whole lot of them, cameras and all, and get me a Kodak Brownie.
