How do I get a better shot, this looks like any phone picture, any CC

Try attaching and storing the original image. In the meantime, you might have stood so the stand was level. You might have been closer and no stand at all. Both these changes can be made in editing the image.

If you don't want it to look like a "picture", you can change it up.
Seriously, you can make an outstanding image with a phone camera, a $100,000 medium format digital camera or anything in between if you pay attention to composition, use selective focus techniques, manage the background and and observe may basics like keeping the camera level unless you tilt it purposely for a special effect. Correct exposure- of course. Good gear helps but technique is just as important.

How about the airplane in csmafloflag to symbolize war and the dove in pink to speak of peace. Just reverse the colors in post processing- ties in with the inscription on the base. Or...just go back and shoot it again from a different viewpoint!
