There is a guy I know who has a Hobby Farm (read really big man cave) up at the head of hollow. It makes for a good size garden, hunting camp, get away or place to just sit on the porch and relax. No car noise, tv (although at one point he did do satellite) or cell phone reception. It does have electric though. The place is over 100 years old (he estimates about 130) and he is mid 70's so about all he does anymore is keeps the grass down.
