I got a deal on this "rad" truck and I'm looking for advice on what to use for detailing it. Do I go with a cleaner or a wax/cleaner?

It's called OSHO. It is a chemical you buy at your local parts place.What is does is neutralize the rust and prevents further rusting.

Normally after a thorough wash and dry, I start with a clay bar, but for you... maybe a hedge trimmer.
