With past several days, all my photos are slanting to my left in both vertical and horizontal positions. Using Nikon zoom and prime lenses. Tried troubleshooting with my manual and playing with the camera’s menu, but no success. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Do you have any example photos for this?

How much are they slanted? Are they hand held or on a tripod? Are they are all slanted to the same angle? In order for you to get straight images do you have to purposely tilt the camera? Can you post a few examples? Do you have Virtual Horizon turned on, and are you using it? If so, are your images tilting even though the Horizon tool indicates they are straight? I know you don't want to hear this, but you are new here and unknown to us. Therefore, part of the analysis of your problem has to include ruling out user error.

You're using the Dutch angle photography technique.

Turn on your virtual horizon option so you can see what level is supposed to be.

Curious if have a second camera, have taken some shots, and had the same problem or not. That would be my starting point to see if I had picked up some bad habit or had a health issue.

Check and make sure your shoes match and your socks are the same thickness.

Hold your camera straight, this usually works for me.

Nothing wrong with what the OP is doing.

The Dutch angle, also known as Dutch tilt, canted angle, or oblique angle, is a type of camera shot which involves setting the camera at an angle on its roll axis so that the shot is composed with vertical lines at an angle to the side of the frame, or so that the horizon line of the shot is not parallel with the bottom of the camera frame. This produces a viewpoint akin to tilting one's head to the side.

So, I'm confused... Is the camera absolutely horizontal or vertical, yet the image is slanted? Did you use the built-in horizon tools? Are your images all handheld without benefit of these aids? Do the images all tend to slant to one particular side, i.e., left or right-leaning?
