You now have the "Precise" cursor. Perhaps you pressed the Caps Lock key? Check Preferences/Cursor, to set the cursor you want.

Same problem! I play with the sizing...making the circle very large, then minimizing. There must be a better way!!???

Reset your screen resolution to 100%, if cap lock doesn't work!
