St Day Church was sold to the community for the grand sum of £1. We have been cleaning it up on the inside and hope to have events there once it is structurally sound.. The St Day Old Church is a historic and listed church that was built in 1828 and due to structural problems was forced to close.. It is decorated on the outside at Christmas and also the path to it is decorated on both sides... The picture of the wedding was
the last one to take place there. I have more pictures that I will post.. I see the church every time I look out of my lounge and kitchen windows as it is just over the road from me..

Thank you Bob, The new one is at the top of my road (no where like this one) The old rectory is down the next turning to my road and the than vicar did not like to have to walk to church so a building at the top of my road was turned into the new vicarage. So now the new and old church are opposite each other with the vicarage in the middle...
