The layers of "stuff" leading us to the tree line is highly effective IMO. Gorgeous colors, interesting lines and textures. Very well seen and composed!

When I download, your black border disappears. I don't know if all UHH photos display on black upon download or if that's just my Chrome browser. But the thin white edge with full black background has so much more impact than the thumbnail's black border on UHH's yellow pages!

Thank you. It disappears on my as well. The yellow stuff is caused by various bacteria that thrives in the hot springs. This for me is an example of getting low to take your shot. I had to crouch down and shoot in-between the guard rails.

I think it's a very interesting image. Curious note: Linda mentioned the black background on the download. Yes, the white does make it stand out there. On my laptops, the normal background isn't yellow but a very light grey.
