It is a nice shot Paul but, more than that, it’s quite a work of art. Almost abstract, with lovely form, contrast and detail. Exceptionally well done imo.
Thank you Mike, John, magnetoman! Having been to White Sands now twice, I'd suggest trying for the cooler winter months, heading back to the end of the drive where there's a remoteish 5-mile hike, and trying for after some rain where the gysum is a bit more firm for sharp edges on the dunes. Glad you enjoyed.
