I am always looking for others to critique my work. I would appreciate any feedback on this images. Thanks in advance.
Image downloads would permit better critiques.
I would say you need a little more negative space in front of the bird and boat. Otherwise, I would need exif to comment further. Focus and exposure seem good, though.
The bird could use a little more room in front.

So "fill the frame" is not the right way to go? I can add more space if that makes the image better. Thanks.

Technique (except for out of focus head in #1) and composition are good. What is your aim as a photographer? #1 is "reporting," #3 shows more creativity and imagination.
ArtBob asks a good question - what is your goal? From the wildlife photography perspective, the first image has some challenges. For animal shots, the general belief is that the eyes are the most important focal point, so reframing the entire image would be in order. Also, while this isn’t exactly a “butt shot,” you really don’t want the bird’s back to be the center of attention.
I agree with others. Too tightly cropped on the first two. Also purple appears to be too pronounced. The lizard, I would crop a little more from the left side. Can't comment on much else without a download.
#1 could do with a bit more space above and to the right of Mr Stork. As has been said, focus point should be eye or head. #2 and #3 are just right. Space in front of boat, IMHO, is spot on. If there was more, it would unbalance the picture. Again, IMHO.
The little boat is colourful and lively. The lizard is cute. it's nice that he has no competing background in the image. I think the stork needs a bit more space. He feels cramped to me.

Thanks to all for the feedback.
What is my goal? To make images that people will enjoy.
Bird is perhaps too tightly cropped with no room for it to move too. Looks sharp and good color. The lizard shot would be better on a more natural background, I do not generally like "zoo" shots.
