My wife & I spent 4 days in NYC this week. We were both very limited in walking, but we did manage 2 - 3 miles a day.
We did see "Beautiful", the Broadway show about the musical life of Carol King. It was fabulous.

Here are a few images from our visit: (Best viewed in Download)
1. My wife's new T Rex friend - Museum of Natural History
2 & 3. Katz's Delicatessen - not good for you but sure was delicious (Pastrami sandwich). The counter has 23 slicers who cut pastrami & corned beef by hand. My 2nd job in life was a deli counter man. I worked at a variety of delicatessens for over 45 years. I loved watching the operation. The crowd is CRAZY!
4 - 6: views of NYC skyline from a Circle Line cruise and Statue of Liberty.
7 - 10: Variety of shots from Washington Square Park, Greenwich Village

Thanks for viewing.

Thank you for sharing those! (I like your wife's face... I see a lot of depth there.) Your people shots are great! <3 I've not browsed your former posts but am thinking you have a gift for street photography. The shot of the Statue of Liberty is beautiful. I spent a few harried days in New York City with a travel group and never got close to Lady Liberty. It's quite the place, for sure ... but I felt a palpable sense of relief as we drove out toward Philadelphia. Stimulating and iconic for sure ... but some of us are country people at heart. ;-) A person could spend a LOT of time in New York City and never see it all. Amazing place.

Thank you, Kathy. True. One could spend 2 weeks in NYC and still have a bucket list

Very nice series. We spent a day there about 30 years ago, then we didn't go back until September of 2018 for 4 nights; we loved it and went back for 4 more nights in April and are looking forward to our next visit. We saw "Beautiful" on our September trip and agree that it was fabulous. On our April visit we saw "Ain't Too Proud" about The Temptations and it was even better.
