I'm pretty much a "less-is-more" kinda guy myself. I liked your other images well enough (what's not to like about Glacier?) My question for you: They are your images. Being objective, which way do you think they best represent what you wish to convey about you experience in such beauty?
Beautiful. Making me enjoy my trip again!

Thank you for taking the time to pose a thoughtful question. For most landscapes I’ll do an HDR and may also take a cell phone photo.
For the Avalanche Gorge photo I liked the HDR better and first posted it.
I posted both photos on a website called Viewbug. I was surprised that the cell phone photo received over twice as many likes and also more “peer awards”.
This prompted my latest post, along with earlier criticisms about too much HDR.
Beautiful, and that with an Iphone.
It’s amazing what our IPhones are capable of capturing. Beautiful!

Thank you! To clarify, all the photos except #1 and #4, were taken with an iPhone 7. Those were taken with a Nikon D7500, and they are HDR.
You have some terrific images- makes me want to go!
Your images are outstanding !! I especially like your #1 image. The download really makes the image pop. Thanks for posting your images and promoting our Glacier National Park at its finest.
One of my favorite places on Earth! It's amazing what these new phone cameras can do. Beautiful shots all!

Thanks for sharing these wonderful images.
Moody, somber, understated, and just lovely! You have perfectly captured the "fall" feeling without the over-saturation of the foliage like so many Glacier images have suffered. Really nice work...
