I rented this same lens from Borrowlenses over the weekend and while I loved how light it was, I thought it just wasn't as tack sharp as my 70-200 f/2.8. I rented it in anticipation of possibly buying one and am glad I did because I think I am going to hold off now. Maybe it was because it was a rental, but I was just a little disappointed.
