Not the most dramatic but the best I could get.
I think it's a nice, "quiet" image.... not everything has to be "high drama"!
I also think it can be improved in a pretty simple way... by using a more panoramic aspect ratio and doing some cropping to reduce the dark foreground, moving the sun more off-center, and eliminating some minor distractions such as the seagull silhouette on the far right hand side at the water's edge and looking "out of frame".
Hope you don't mind, I did a quick crop to see what it would look like (16:9 aspect ration). Here's the result...
