Which is why wet cleaning is how Pros do it.

I got one several years ago. It's an intermediate cleaning product. Better than a blower but not as good as a wet swab.

Basically it's a brush. The bristles are long and flexible. They are mounted on a rod attached to a small motor. The motor spins the rod and (per advertisement) produces an electrostatic charge on the bristles. That makes them attract dust. Supposedly spinning the rod flings the dust off the bristles. It works for me pretty well but there have been times when it didn't do the job because whatever was on the sensor was stuck there. The wet swab has always worked for me, although sometimes it takes 3 or 4 swabs.
