Beautiful! May I ask what gear you use?
Nice picture do you have any more?
You have certainly caught it's splendor. Wonderfully done.

I am really impressed you were able to get this sharp of an image at 1/160. Nice shot. Just curious why you would be shooting that slow with hummers, or any bird for that matter?

Thanks for asking. The lighting determines my settings and I often rely on flash to freeze the motion.
Its important to keep the ISO as low as feasible to get the most out of the sensor.
Most of my images are failures but I get enough acceptable to make it worth while. I shoot when I feel like it and not just when the light is ideal.
You have great pictures. I saw a few and they looked pro very nice. Do you always used the same techniques and equipment?. I am really getting better, but I have a long way to go before I can produce something like yours. Thank you for replying back.

Thanks.
No I don't always use the same equipment. Presently I'm using the Sony A7R3. Within the last 3 years I've owned and used the Sony A6400, A6300, Nikon D850, D500, D810 and various lenses, original brand and third party. In the past I've also owned and used Canon cameras and lenses. All are capable of excellent performance.
I switched to Sony for the feature set, size and weight.
You are the best person to ask for advice. I am very ameture photographer my camera is the Sony a6000. I am planning to improve my skills and switch to full frame on the future. Thank you again for sharing your information
