White Cheeked Honeyeater on a wet day.

This poor guy was cold & wet. White cheeked honeyeaters are almost identical to New Holland honeyeaters except for the white patch on the side of the head. On the New Holland, the patch is smaller & not as close to the eye. These are long range shots at 1,400mm.

Did you use a 1400 mm lens or shoot the subject at a distance of 1400 mm or about 55 inches?

None the less this is a quality photo with sharp detail.
