Here's a new product which appears to make it easy to back up your photos while traveling:

THANKS for the info; have you ( or anyone ) tried the My Passport Pro Wireless, and would care to comment on a comparison ( other than the ruggedness of the laCie )?

Thanks for the update.
For those of use with QXD cards; protocol for me is still to take my laptop, card reader, and external SSD (Samsung T5); and d/l and copy the day's photos. I guess I could figure out a way to d/l to an iPad; but I always take my laptop with me when I travel as I may need it for work.

Didn't talk about the LCD panel on it. Does it display the images?
