First batch of published photos as a local newspaper stringer/sports writer/photographer...

First of all thanks to everyone that messaged me with tips on how to approach writing sports articles for newspapers. Everyone had great insight which I've applied to this new craft resulting in praise from my editor about how good they are for a new writer.
Now on to the good stuff... Here are a few of the photos that I get to see online with my byline firmly attached to them. As you can see there's more than just football which I love and I'm going to be credentialed to cover the BASS Masters Tournament on Lake Tenkiller next week.
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that helped and show some of the photography work they've had me assigned to. It's all interesting and meeting people like this really opens doors from a networking standpoint.

I think the first photo would be more interesting and attention grabbing if you cropped out everything above the head of the girl catching the ball, and everything blow the girl sliding.
