A *certain* kind of wrist strap, please---

My favorite "quick-draw Mcgraw" camera is a tiny *el cheapo* compact named Nikon P330. Its thingee for attaching a camera strap is waaay too small for my old clumsy hands to fool with. Therefore, I seek a camera strap that attaches to the tripod mount, costing $20-$25 or less, of sufficient durability that it isn't easy to break.

Any & all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You might try hitting the charity shops - a lot of the old 8mm movie cameras had straps perfect for your purpose - soft but virtually unbreakable braided nylon with strong fittings. Those cameras usually go for a few bucks. Get your strap and do a good deed!

Here's one -

With this screw, you could attach a standard wrist strap.

These are recommended wrist straps.

I use a Peak Design strap which is a bit more expensive but worth. No worry about slippage a nd has wide wrist opening.

Loop a piece of fishing line through the strap loop and feed it through the hole, works great.

Nikon AW100 - AN-CP23 Carrying Strap
Would be great with your camera.
I use two of those straps put together for a longer strap.
Now back to that thingee.
Use a dental floss threader or a piece of dental floss.
I could send you a floss threader so you don't need to buy a package of them.
Like using a needle threader except its made of nylon not stainless steel.
