The rubber starting to pick up at the corner edge (Nikon p7100) and the rubber around the view finder is chipped (Nikon D7100). Thanks much in advanced.
Maybe some black silicone caulk or similar product.
There is a product called Liquid Tape, sold in hardware stores such as Lowe's. It is in a small bottle with a brush built into the cap, but I use a separate, finer artist brush. I've used it for touch up like this, as well as for its intended purpose on things like electrical connections. I'd suggest you give it a try, but with a finer pinpoint type brush. JimR.

I would find an authorized Nikon Repair station. They would replace the rubber around the viewfinder and reglue the leatherette
I had never heard of Liquid Tape before, but now that I've seen it online, I think it would be preferable to silicone caulk.
You should be able to get a replacement eye piece. I was loosing them all the time then used some gaffers tape under to make it fit tight. I think you can get a 3-pack on Amazon for less than $20.
Can't tell about other part in photo. Maybe some super glue?
Double stick tape works pretty well, and is removable / replaceable. Did that on my D 750. I sent my DF in for a relpace / reglue. Nice job, and it has held up, but they had the camera for quite a while "waiting for parts".
In the old film days, signs of wear and tear on camera bodies like this were a badge of honor.

No question, for some - I preferred to keep mine as nice as reasonable. Problem with this issue is that the rubber grip separates from the camera at the bottom, both awkward in and out of the bag, general handling, also unattractive.

This was brought up a day or so ago and one of the last, and in my mind the best ideas, was to use contact cement. In is sold in any hardware dept and comes most times with a brush in the bottle.
I shoot Canon but I do sympathize. Look into getting a replace for the rubber eyepiece by viewfinder. I say this simply because you don't want to start applying "stuff" by the viewfinder. One slip and you now have more to content with than what you bargained for.
You may get two or more on the Internet. If you do, keep one in your bag and the rest home. If you can't find it, leave it and don't fuss with it.
As for the loose rubber/leatherette patch, they do make contact cement. But don't use the brush in the bottle. It is too wide. Pick up a smaller or even pin point brush. You don't want to glop the glue on. Then it gets messy. Good Luck.
Happy Shooting!
The rubber eyepiece is removable. It just slides straight up and off. Then there are other devices that can slide on. But go to B&H and order 1 (or more,) replacements, part number DK-23. $6.95 each.
