I have lurked here for a couple months and thought I should introduce myself. I am retired (read as old) and like to take pictures of birds as well as band birds in the spring. Have not been able to get out much to take pictures lately due to family health issues, but hope to start contributing in the near future.
Welcome to the forum! Look forward to seeing some of your favorite bird photos!

Hello from southeast Pennsylvania and welcome to the group.
Welcome from another NoVa denizen! Northern Virginia for the most part, encompasses the cities of Alexandrai, Falls Church, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, and sometimes Loudoun. Birds are everywhere, but I think there are better opportunities in the open areas and forests of the outer reaches.
