Since the barn is the main subject in this photo, does it qualify as a landscape? Without the barn, it's just landscape, but as it is, the barn becomes an item of foreground focus.

Don’t know what else you could call it. A very pleasing photo.
Very nice work, regardless of any classification.
Of course it is, and a very good photo as well. Some may argue classification, but not that it's a beauty. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, I would think this is a landscape photo. The focus of your photograph is not just the barn; it becomes part of the landscape on which it sits.
Very nice photo btw.
If it represents natural inland or coastal scenery, it's a landscape.

Thanks for all the replies. I was a bit torn as to where to post it, but the consensus seems to be that it is a landscape.

Of course it’s landscape--and a good one.
Thats really nice. Absolutely a landscape
If it is a photo taken outdoors and there is a cloud, grass or a tree present, it is a landscape.
When it comes to classifying it there are several possibilities. There is landscape in the shot and the barn is obviously part of the landscape but I wouldn't say that the landscape is the main subject. I would say it's not wrong to classify it as a landscape shot but I would say it's more appropriate to classify it as something like a barn shot or a rural architecture shot. But the bottom line is that you can classify it whatever way you think is appropriate. It's not a requirement in this section that the landscape part of a shot has to be the predominant aspect of the shot - just one of the main components or themes.
IMO I feel this is a landscape and a very nice one. The barn is dominant, but I like the feeling of the open space and objects at the horizon support the story of a barn standing alone in a vast open area. Members of UHH may or may not agree with me, but I like what Wikipedia mentions: "Landscape photography shows spaces within the world, sometimes vast and unending, but other times microscopic. Landscape photographs typically capture the presence of nature but can also focus on man-made features or disturbances of landscapes......
I think the main point is to enjoy what you're photographing. Bev
