With all those people in the water, where is a safe spot to use that surfboard?
CPR
Loc: Nature Coast of Florida
A lot of ink!
Photos are way over-processed for my liking.
A day at the beach .., I like the look and the editing ... the processing gives it the artful look .. and you have to over process a little to achieve that look .. the post editing you did actually over processed the look a bit inadvertently ... but I like it ...
The woman with the surf board needs to get in the water fast and wash the mud off of her body before it's on for good.
The first one is very scary...
Number 2 is an outstanding composition. I don't think that scene could have been composed any better. It has diagonal lines which makes the composition more dynamic. You're at an angle with the shoreline which makes it a diagonal. The large hill creates a diagonal also. It has terrific balance.
Number one just doesn't make it. The scary surfer doesn't fit with the beautiful beach scene. She's gone over to the dark side.
Number three is basically a good composition but the HDR treatment is overcooked. The colors are over saturated and starting to become garish.
Since your avatar doesn't say where your from, what State were these photo's taken?
Yes, where is that beach?
If you click save original when you upload, then we could download to see more detail...
All interestingly composed, nice eye.
Some may complain of over-processing, but it depends on what your artistic vision is.
To me, the colors evoke acrylic paintings, perfect for a beach house or dreaming of one.
The juxtapositions in the surfer shot are great and it tells a story, a wonderful goal.
Each image tells a story. I am overwhelmed by the second image. Great work*

That's what I thought also. The second image is as good as it gets. The composition is great. A resort community would want an image like this for advertising.
