Agree! All the bells and whistles. The prospective owner would need deep pockets, plus the inclination to live in a small, possibly fading town. There is a lot of this across the West. A shame, but reality.

Yes, I see too much deterioration of small towns and shuttered homes. This is the reason I like to photo small towns and rural America before it is lost to the elements.

A great plan, Stan, however, very few people pass by this town on a busy weekend and they are all headed somewhere else...and our luck, the renter would make a mid-night move and skip out on us!!
