I use both Corel Paint Shop Pro and Perfectly Clear Complete v3. The latter can be used either as a plugin to PaintShop, or as a Standalone program. Both make your photos look a ton better that off the camera, but Perfectly Clear does it in an instant by analyzing every pixel in the picture, with many different presets to choose from. I'm not sure why Perfectly Clear is quite a rarity on UHH, but it is my "go to" program for image enhancement.

Ken Rockwell uses Perfectly Clear, and I bought it about a year ago. I have a PC running Windows 10. It wouldn’t install. Their customer support group tried helping me, but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They finally told me they would give me my money back, which they did.

Some day I’ll try again.

If you like taking selfies, you can try WidsMob Portrait Pro. You can get lots of face skin enhancements and makeups. Don't worry, the program is friendly to beginners.

It is free to download. The permanent full version is about $30. It works well with my MacBook Air 13-inch, late 2010 with the 10.12.6 OS. You can free download it at https://www.widsmob.com/portrait-pro. Hope this helps.
