Stuff nobody wants. I wonder what they think they are going to do with it.

I don't know about that, I was looking for a used Nikon F6 film camera at a reasonable price new they still cost $2,549.00.
What condition can they be if they're tossed in bins like garbage. No caps on camera bodies. If they were of any value when they came in, they're no longer because of the storage.
Jeep is basically right on....maybe better said..stuff nobody should want! Did you see how the stuff is piled up? That is how everything comes in to the place. Then someone fills the shelves when space opens up. And, did you hear the final statement? 50% off regular price? Retail? Used? No matter what, anything more than a few bucks is crazy. Buy for parts? Sure. And Bruce, let's say they have an F6 for $500. Would you buy it sight unseen and UNTESTED? I bet their return policy is just like Amazon. Some things gotta work I guess. Maybe this is where internet sellers buy their stuff; clean it up, and then sell it as 'gently used'. Interesting video..thanks. I'm not running to look for a bargain.
You guys are such Negative Nelly’s! I’m sure there’s a bunch of junk there but I’ll guarantee you, you’ll find some treasures as well. I guess only those of us who appreciate the mechanical wonders of the film camera era would enjoy browsing such a place.

Negative Nelly here.
Can't complain for browsing for the sake of browsing. But if you are looking for a bargain-that works.....go someplace else.

I love getting my hands dirty! Do you really think that this business is going to let something go that actually has real value. This place is great for designers that specialize in fitting up retail spaces, restaurants, bars, etc. that need these types of items to create a look. They don't have to work. American Pickers talks about this all the time.

That design esthetic is so yesterday .....!
American Pickers makes most of its money from their lame TV show.

Yesterday is today. Just look around you when you go into not only large chain restaurants; but local pubs and restaurants..all looking to appeal to the masses. Nostalgia is never out of vogue. Hot, trendy, minimalist places are great...but a very small percentage of design requirements in most of the country.
Was just in Thailand but didn,t see this place

They make money from the network that airs their show. The producers have people setup all the places they go, and arrange most of the buys. It's all fake. Those two dudes are just actors just like Pawn Stars and 99% of all the other reality shows.
