We've come to the end of our summer calendar with the last "No Host, Just Post" weekend. Thanks Karin for a well "posted" challenge last week - "Reflections". A reminder that we still need one host for September.
Post away!, Enjoy the weekend, Floridians - thinking of you and stay safe (and all those up through the Carolinas too). Summer has gone too fast. No obligation to comment on posts; just enjoy.
Some photos of the recently "restored" Childrens' Garden at Fort Williams (home of Portland Headlight). The gardens are so beautiful! I will be back w the calendar...

I like the third image Pat.
Went out on my motorcycle yesterday and ran across this. Posted it in another forum but thought I'd share it here also.
I got tired of waiting for the new D760 to be announced so yesterday, with much trepidation, bought the Z6 - pretty brave on my part considering we are leaving for Scotland in just a few days!! So far I'm liking it. It came from the factory with auto ISO set to 51,000 and some of my test shots were taken at a very high ISO level, so high that images taken with my previous camera would have been total messes but these were quite acceptable. I've since readjusted the auto ISO to a maximum of 2000 which should work much better although I prefer to choose levels as I shoot. Here are a few of the first test shots w/ISO levels included. BTW, I don't yet have any native Z lenses but my Tamrons seem to be working just fine.

I agree with Lesley - just haven't had a chance to respond....
The ghost of Charles H. Scott - just playing around with the new camera on a tripod!
