This was kind of challenging. The lighting was really ugly. It was bright yellowish orange, I had to set the flashes across the floor about the size of a basketball court. They didn't want them between the stage and audience and small dance floor. The hardest part was shadows. I only have 12.5 foot stands. The stage was 4 foot high. Not good. Before hand I was supposed to be able to put flashes where I needed and they were going to provide risers for extra height. Arrive and nope, change of plans. Oh well.
I know many people trash the Godox 360's but the came through. I have strobes but didn't think I would need them and really didn't want to bring them into the environment. Even older people can get clumsy and was afraid of someone knocking them over.
The yellow light was really bright. Look at the back of the shirt on the first one and the guy with the white shirt and you will see what I mean.
I really like this set. You did a great job compensating for lighting problems, and the remnants of yellow light, at least to my eye, mellow out your results. Very well done!
