Those are really nice sunset photos. The full auto mode seems to do well.

I don’t do a lot of sunset shots, but here’s one I like a lot. Taken from the Hatcher Pass Recreation Area, about 20 miles from our house, looking at the Chugach Mountains. Canon G16, aperture priority.
