Johnson and Johnson were sued by the state of Oklahoma, for producing drugs that k**l. J&J will be paying big bucks for their sins.
I'm hoping that the family members of the loved ones that were massacred by a semi-automatic/fully automatic rifle, put a lawsuit into motion.
What do you think? Is there a chance of winning this kind of class action?

Not true. If GM put a car on the market with faulty brakes (as an example) that caused serious injury or death, they will be sued. They would be forced to take their vehicles off the road and pay through the nose.
Look what happened to Boeing's 737 Max 8, after two deadly crashes that k**led 346 people. Grounded and sued.
How many people do you guys lose each year in the States, involving the said rifles?
I would be the first one to get that gun lawsuit initiated if I had a friend or member of my family mowed down, like dogs.

I know this sounds crazy to you but, the reasoning behind not allowing suits against gun manufacturers when someone is shot is because the gun was not defective and it operated as designed.
