Hey dude, you were right on the money. Although I have trust and respect for the big NYC store they couldn't tell me when I could get a product I just ordered because its out of stock. I went on Amazon and located it in a minute. Very cool! Thanks.

Kidding aside you bring up a good point in your video. One that needs to be aired every so often. The small shop isn't ignored by the manufacturers. However the end user seems to think so and that the only dealers with product are the big guys. As you point out, "ain't necessarily so".
