The oceans are rising and that's a fact.
There are two reasons. One is the glacier melt that is occurring at an alarming rate and the other is the warming of the water which causes it to expand.
If you're actually looking for a fact then you need to do some research on the property that they bought. If you just wish to bash Obama then you don't need facts. You can just quote Trump.
BTW, I've seen photos of this house and it's pretty high up in anycase.

First, it's ocean front property. It's in Edgartown, which is coastal as well. There is no "high up" in Edgartown
