Does anyone know of or how to make an adaptor for a flashlight with 1.5" end to fit into a T8 fluorescent tube guard with a 1 3/16" opening? This is for a light painting project and this step is frustrating.

Might see if heating the tube in hot water will allow it to be shaped over the flashlight.
