have you ever looked at the osprey eating a fish ? .the bird start at the fish lips , [ fish alive ] , you can hear the fish making noises ,squirming , trying to get away . nasty bird , i dont take pictures of them anymore . i know , its nature .

Yes I have and nature can be cruel. I have also watched packs of wolves take down a moose once and an elk once..they do the same thing but start at the hind end, the grizzly bears will also start feeding before their catch is dead.
