Can someone explain this photograph?
When I saw this sign I paid it no mind. My wife on the other hand was laughing? She had said there is a hidden meaning.
Men + handicapped equipped + a changing table / station for Dads out with the kid alone to use.
No hidden meaning. It's just a sign denoting that it's a restroom for men, it has a changing table and that it will accomodate the disabled.
Off The Wall: Changing one baby for another.
I guess that means baby changing station for men and the bathrooms are handicapped access...or, if your a handicapped man and need your diapers changed, this is the place to go. In today's world, that sign could mean anything.
Only think I can think of is that it does not make the assumption that the baby is necessarily with both parents. That a man might be out with his child alone. Or he might be a stay-at-home dad, or widowed, or divorced with custody, or gay with a child. Most changing stations are in the Women's.

I think your wife’s chuckle came from the assumption that if you’re going to change a man, you better start when he’s a baby. It won’t work otherwise.
Since this is the Main Photography Discussion section, the wife must have seen something about the photo itself. Otherwise this would have been in the Sign Discussion section.

Babies in diapers become men, then get older, ending in wheelchair, needing Depends changed like a baby? The circle of life. Kind of like some start their working career at McDonald's, end there again at the end of their career.

If the man dislikes the baby, he can change it for a nicer one. seems right to me! they should have one for the mothers who have awful babies! LOL
Asked my wife, she says it's obvious.... when it comes time to change the baby, men are handicapped and leave it to the wife to do.

BINGO! You got the joke my wife saw.
She does have an unusual sense of humor. What am I saying? She married me 30 years ago. LOL
Does no one have a sense of humor here or are all the women sitting here snickering.
