Amazon seller account not working

I just sold a camera on there and when I go to buy shipping through them like many times before the page will not load. I talked to a tech and they are useless. Has anyone on UHH seen this problem before.

I sell & ship daily and haven't had any problems -- are you getting anything when you click on 'buy shipping'?

Tried it today and it worked. The ship dates listed were 8/23 to 8/26 and I was trying to ship on 8/22, maybe that was why

glad it's working again! - they've also changed the page recently, and the weight and button are farther down, so you need to scroll to see them, otherwise it can look like nothing's happening

Still not working right. Trying to check the shipped order for the tracking info and the page keeps loading
