I like the way this came out. She was lost with all the bright colors and clutter in the background. A bit of a struggle with a mouse. I don’t do very many and I don’t have a WACOM tablet.

You don't need a tablet. I don't use one. You did well.

Thanks. This is my first really detailed one. Learned quite a bit on using this routine. I have a few more that I can tackle now.

Well done! I suffer from what I call "spastic hands," and small mouse movements are difficult. I was given a Wacom tablet, but don't know how to attach and use it. I saw a mouse "pen" at Best Buy one day. That looks promising, but it was really expensive. But I digress. I really like this, and you have solved the bad background problem nicely.
Thank you everyone for the compliments. One of the great things about photo editing is that you can take a so-so photo and turn it into something much better.
