Some truly classic cars on display at Winterthur Estate several years ago. The 1959 Red Cadillac was photographed at Solomons Island, MD. Gotta love those fins…
Very nice photos! Don’t forget to get close for details of lights, hood ornaments, grills, etc.

Great images of classic cars. Thanks for sharing. Those were days when cars had unique designs.

The 1940 Packard is very nice. The rest seem to be a wee bit over-processed.
These photos were post processed many years ago when I was just getting started, and, yes, they could be considered over-processed, dsmeltz. Thanks for viewing them and sharing your reaction.

Love the Coupe De Ville.
It is a shame about all the cars looking alike. I love my 1986 Mercedes 560 SL. Today when you see a Merecedes driving down the road you can't tell a Mercedes from a Kia.
That's why our vehicles of choice are the 33-year-old Mercedes, a 26-year-old Corvette, an 18-year-old Jeep and current F-150 and F-250.
I still looking for a vintage pickup and will find the right one some day.
Thanks for these photos. I always will remember the Cadillacs and Lincolns of my youth. Wish they would make another Fleetwood or Town Car big enough to hold a half-dozen NFL linemen.
Thank you, trackmag, for your comments. I know exactly how you feel. I, too, dream about Lincoln bringing back the full size Town Car. I'm currently driving a 2011 Executive L, limousine. It's my fourth Town Car and I love it. Only problem is it doesn't have a sunroof, which I miss from my previous Town Cars.
Thanks, again, for viewing my photos and responding.

Very good series, Saxman.
Excellent! The photos have a slight "antique" look--I like it.
Thank you, David in Dallas. I was shooting for that effect.

Those are definitely some classics well photographed.
