I've been there many times. Thanks for posting and triggering fond memories.

A lovely scenic. Jim. Brought memories of my visit to Cades Cove.
Beautiful shot. I am a local native in East Tennessee and while taking a photography class at the local university we took a field trip to Cades Cove and set up in almost that exact spot. The day we were there a flock of wild turkeys were in the field to the left. Must have been 15 or 20 in the flock. Several of us moved over into the field to attempt a shot. The turkeys just ignored us and carried on with their business. I really did not have the right lens for them but several classmates got some really good shots.
Cades Cove is a wonderful place for photography as is Tremont, just outside of Cades Cove at the entrance. The only problem is the crowds at certain times of the year. I go there often and sometimes the traffic is backed up and it is hard to get a shot without cars or people in the view. Otherwise you never know what you might see in terms of wildlife - deer and turkey are usually common but bear, fox and wild boars are often seen also at the right times of day. Wildflowers are also abundant.
Really nice. When I was there, it was pouring down rain and continued to do so for most of the time I was there. It's nice to see that sometimes it doesn't rain there!
Great photo! An idyllic scene and I like the composition.
