Sony A 6300 flash compatibility?

Is the A 6300 compatible with the Mecablitz 32-MZ-3? It has one central contact (see foto)
Is the A 6300 compatible with Fujifilm EF-42 with 4 contacts which I have used on Fuji's HS20EXR?
I remember that some flashes in the past had quite high voltages @ synch contact & do not wish to fry the 6300's electronics! Also I understand the contact shoe atop the 6300 is multi-purpose and thus may not send to synch signal to flash.

Another you tube video offering test of 2 non-Sony flashes. Not a definitive answer to my problem as I still do not know voltage @ synch contact & fear frying A6300 innards. Link2>>
