Fun picture - did before & after the storm versions.
Straightened the horizon, added some real estate to the image canvas (horizontal and vertical), and some miscellaneous edits in Photoshop and Topaz.

Hi Keni, here's my interpretation. I like the simplicity of this image, an impending event and an observer. I felt that the stuff around the little girl was just distracting, so I got rid of it. Afterwards, it still didn't feel like a photo, so I created a painting texture effect, which I like better now. I imagined a painter in front of a grassy berm, sitting and painting a dramatic but very simple image of a young girl oblivious to everything but the impending rain.
You guys continue to amaze me with your creativity. I forgot to mention in my original post that her hair is purple and not a chromatic aberration. Its always been her favorite color.
