Good Day UHH members,

I have a question on what would be the best software to use in processing my pictures. I have a Sony DSC HX90V camera that records the GPS location the picture was taken at. This is very helpful when reviewing the pictures.
On several past trips, my wife and I have come back with 4000 pictures. Many were not used and deleted but 1500 were kept. Once the file is made, I'll download it to a NCH Photo Stage slide show program, add music and create a DVD to sent to family and friends.

In the past, I was using Picasa to do this,but they stopped showing the GPS location on a map.


I need a software program that would do the following.

1. Allow me to download picture from my Sony camera and my wife's I Phone into one file.
2. Create and Move selected photo to a new file and renumber the picture to keep them in order.
3. Review the selected photo to see where they were taken and add text to the picture
4. Not be a subscription program, since I don't use it every day and that would be a waste of money. For the amount I use it, it is better to purchase the software.
