Video lens for DSLR

Need an advice: my neighbor is asking me what is the best lens to shoot video on Canon 7D DSLR. I do not have any experience on video shoots. Thank you for your help in advance.

The Canon EFS 18-135 IS USM NANO is optimized for video. It actually has a hybrid USM/STM focusing motor that is very fast and quiet. It also is designed to accept the optional PZ-E1 power zoom adapter. It is great for still photos. I have the lens and power zoom adapter. It is my walk around lens on my 77D.
