Love you folks! So I called Apple (a great customer experience, BTW) and we went all through my Mac. Turns out I have plenty of drive space and a virus called Mac Purifier. Downloaded malware bytes and got rid of it. But, the computer was still slow. He suggested I call Verizon, which I did. The guy there was great also and after many trips up and down the stairs, we figured out that I have a bad jack that was giving me less than a quarter of what I was paying for, less than 1. When we did the speed test upstairs, it was fine! Verizon tech arriving Tuesday!
