Last week I drove to Pine Bluffs, WY, to see the UP Big Boy 4014, the largest steam locomotive on earth. It has been on tour this summer and is now in the Cheyenne shops for maintenance before doing some more tours. I enjoyed it and I was surprised at the enthusiasm of the other folks that were there. A worthwhile trip.

Hello. I am new to the forum and have subscribed to this section. My husband and I also got to see Big Boy. We went to Wheatland Iowa, but the crowd was too much for us so we just went to the next town over. We found a little spot that just had a few people there and enjoyed watching it go by. I did get a few pictures.
