Montezuma's Castle, Sedona, Az.
Always wanted to visit but neve made the time. Now, you can no longer climb into the ruins but it's still a nice place to visit. The parking lot was full with visitors from around the world.
That must be a great place to see in person.
So glad it is being preserved......nice shot.
Nice image!! Been there a few times and my photos are not this good...wonderful place to visit!!
For non Arizonans. Montezuma's castle is 40 miles from Sedona. It is at camp verde.

Loc: 6 mile creek, Spacecoast Florida
I have a black n white 35mm shot of it somewhere taken with my Argus C3 when I was a kid (1961-63 time frame, details fade from memory also), last time I saw the pic - it was difficult to tell what you were looking at, faded and of course the subject was quite small in the shot. Cool place!!
Nice pic!
nice shot. For the photogs that have not been there...This is about as good of view as it gets. Nice walk along the creek just below the building.
A minor correction; Montezuma's Castle is not in Sedona. It’s zip code is in Camp Verde. I am lucky in the fact that I live within walking distance of the Castle. Visited many times starting back in the times you could still actually climb into the structures. One of my favorite views of the Castle is from horseback across the canyon.
