Wierd Robin

I saw this bird at Kensington Metro-Park just outside Milford, Michigan. I was just about back to the parking lot after a 6.5 mile jaunt through nature trails and then around a small lake. I saw this bird hopping around in the underbrush and didn't recognize at first that it was a robin until I focused my 100-400 lens on my Canon 80D. I've shot hundreds of robin pictures over the years, but never saw one with white feathers scattered throughout it's body. Anyone ever seen one like this? Is there a name for this coloration?

Leucism a condition where some feathers don't have any color pigment.
This one is fairly close to normal compared to some: https://www.birdnote.org/show/why-my-robin-half-white

Thank you, I hadn't heard of Leucism before, it does make sense. Now I can sound very informed when I show the image to my friends. ;-)

No, the bird was extremely healthy otherwise, a molting bird looks anything but healthy. Thank you for the comment, that immediately jumped into my mind too, until I got my first good look at the bird.

I'm new to posting here, my answer to the molting question was directed to Lamiaceae.
