I've still got my Nikon FM10, and I feel guilty not using it, now that I'm totally using a Fuji bridge camera w/18x lens and 10MP. My meager budget just can't afford film. The limited 30 - 75? mm lens that comes with it is as sharp a lens as I've used, including the fabled Nikkor 50mm f1.4 lenses of the Nikon F age. If you take care of your equipment, you can get good results, even with an FM10!
Before his (and his wife's) tragic deaths, Galen Rowell often used an FM10 when there was a significant possibility that his F6 could be damaged or when he needed a lighter camera (e.g., when rock climbing, etc.). I've never been able to tell which camera he used.
